Eligibility Criteria for Sainik School Nalanda Admission 2027-28
To be eligible for admission to Nalanda Sainik School Bihar 2027-28, students must meet the age limit criteria, educational qualification, medical fitness and other requirements. It is mandatory to fulfil the below given eligibility criteria in order to become eligible to admission in Sainik Schools:
- For Class 6: Student should be aged between 10 years to 12 years (must be born between 01 April 2015 – 31 March 2017) as of 31 March 2027.
- For Class 9: Required age is 13 to 15 years and must be born between 01 April 2012 – 31 March 2014. The age limit count from 31 March 2027.
- Both boys and girls are eligible to apply in Class 6 and class 9 also.
- Qualification: Candidates applying for Class 6 must have passed Class 5, while those applying for Class 9 must have passed Class 8 from a recognized school. Students who are currently appearing for their Class 5 or Class 8 final examinations are also eligible to apply, provided they meet the admission requirements at the time of admission.
